Poor management! Yelling at staff while customers there. VERY unprofessional. Not the first time, won't go back.
Tried to return an unopened online purchase. Website says take to any store. I CALLED first to verify they can do this at their store. Went the following day - driving 20 minutes - and was told they wouldn't do it there. VERY frustrating to be lied to. 40 minutes of wasted time and gas. If I need something, I will be sure to shop at a different store .....
It's my go to store for all hardware needs . Also has a nice plant selection when in season
