Sam knows exactly what he’s talking about, great guy! Food personality and very knowledgable of his products on the shelf. There’s no forcing supplements on you that won’t work, this place is legit.

Stopped by the other day for the first time. I never realized how close the shop was to my house, very convenient, lots of great supplements to choose from. Sam was extremely nice and knowledgeable, he'll definitely guide you in the right direction. Even stayed for a bit to chat about random things lol. Great shop w great people!
