This is by far the best program I’ve done. Leiah is very knowledgeable and passionate about her work. She truly cares for her clients. My favorite is that she’s real! One game changer for me was that she focuses on the “cans” instead of “cant’s.” I highly recommend Nutrition with Intention!
I will forever be grateful for the help that I have received from Leiah !! I have been struggling/sinking mentally and physically for years and needed help. Leiah helped me in more ways I knew were possible. She helped me work out bad habits and the way I thought of myself.
