Had my first session with Julie this week after having my annual wellness check up. Not only did she spend A LOT more time with me but I walked out with great recommendations to improve my overall health. Very caring and very experienced. Highly recommend. DT
I had a phenominal experience here. The staff is kind, courteous and they generally want to be of service. I've been here a few times and will continue to do so.
What a wonderful experience. I started with Nutrition and Wellness Center over 10 years ago and I thank God for leading me there at that time. I have followed her protocol and suggestions over the years. Since I don't live in Williamsburg now, I had to travel there for my appointment this time, and it was worth every minute of it. Dr. Mitchell is very intelligent, full of integrity, insightful, a wonderful listener, kind, gives great medical advice, personal advice and Godly advice, and cares for and treats the whole person.
