Julie Mitchell is an exceptional naturopath. I loved that the appointment started with prayer, affirming our faith that God will impart the needed wisdom and best outcome. She listened attentively and truly made me feel heard. For my concern about an eye infection, Julietook a swab and examined it under the microscope (my eye doctor didn't even do that), and also used muscle testing to determine the presence and source of the infection. Jeff Mitchell and his wife provided excellent customer service on my return visit to The Nutrition and Wellness Center in Williamsburg, VA. I always have a pleasant experience here and am made to feel comfortable, which isn’t always easy.
Dr. Julie is so very knowledgeable, intuitive, engaging, and empathetic to situations and patient history. She is always spot on to whatever body function might be “off”. Would highly recommend her. It’s so nice to have an alternative option in place of traditional medical practices right in our backyard!

We love going to The Nutrition and Wellness Center! The staff is so helpful and kind and genuinely care about you. Julie always makes us feel seen and heard and works very hard to get to the bottom of whatever the symptom is. Her wellness plans are well thought out and clearly communicated.
