I have worked with Lyssie for about a year and I think she is wonderful. She is incredibly knowledgeable. She also is one of the sweetest, generous, most supportive people you will ever meet. What A Pair! – I decided about a year about I wanted to lose weight. I had gotten the nutrition twins name from a friend but I never got around to calling. My sister bought me my first appointment for christmas. So I went in for my consultation with my food diary and met Lyssie (One of the nicest women I've ever met) . Life-changing – I originally started seeing the Twins because I was having digestive problems. Over the past few months, we have systematically eliminated certain foods from my diet (like high-sugar foods, dark meat, and white bread) while incorporating other, healthier alternatives.
