This is a wonderful institution for lean, healthy weight loss, performance boosting, and a great initiative in a new lifestyle change. I am a participant in the Ketogenic and Metagenic program, run by Sara at the center. The program consists of a lean nutrition plan of proteins, greens, and a lot of water. In June, I was 289lbs.
