Annette was amazing. She spent an hour with me and was very thorough. She was in tuned to my emotional health as well as my eating habits. She was not judge mental and she was supportive throughout. She interacts via email and is enthusiastic about progress and decision making .

I’m very happy to be in this nutritional group. Farrah is very friendly nutritionist, she helps you achieve your goals, and keeps you on the right track. For me, it’s not really focused on maintaining my diet, but it’s to start a new lifestyle of how to eat healthy. In a short amount of time, I have lost 10 pounds so far. With her, I have the confidence to ask and she will response with an honest answer. She’s always happy. I started with nutrition link services sometime in March of 2020 before the pandemic began and I had such a positive experience. My Nutritionist was Anette and she was so kind and encouraging!
