I've seen Samantha at Nutrition in Motion for about 10 months. In that time with her guidance, support, and help, I've been able to lose over 50 lbs. I've been taken off all the medications I was on for blood sugar, feel better, and now weigh 15 lbs less than when I graduated high school! I can't recommend the services they provide enough. For anyone who wants to lose weight, eat better, or just feel better, make an appointment now! You won't regret it!
