Elise has been a great help with my journey. She helps me with a plan of action to keep me on track and motivate. Elise keeps my spirits up when at times it may seem frustrating due I dealing with insulin resistance which she is working with my primary to ensure I have the sources needed to accomplish my goal. Elise has been very helpful , I appreciate all you do thank you .
I’m very impressed with my dietitian Hailee who works at Nutrition in Motion. She is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Using her advice I’ve been able to lose close to a pound a day during my first month. Now onto my second month to see how much more weight I can lose.
Hailee is wonderful, I am in my fifties dealing with perimenopause symptoms and I have to say I was so impressed with her professionalism and care. I was skeptical at first but She motivates me when I get down on myself and honestly keeps me upbeat about my diet or should I say change of lifestyle.
