I had a great experience working with Gunja Parikh as my nutritionist. Over 5 months, she helped me with grocery shopping, list making, recipe building-getting basic confidence in the kitchen. We worked on getting the right macronutrients for daily workouts. By our final session, I had reached my goal weight, 185 lbs, which I had not weighed in 25 years! This was a great feeling overall, and I believe I now have the skills to maintain this weight as well as the right focus on maintaining healthy living.
Gunja has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only is she knowledgeable of her field, she is kind, patient and goes out of her way to make healthier habits understandable, easier and personable.
