I’ve been working with Gunja Parikh for several months now, and she’s been an amazing nutritionist. I feel a lot more confident and informed about my food choices now. I had a great experience working with Gunja Parikh as my nutritionist. Over 5 months, she helped me with grocery shopping, list making, recipe building-getting basic confidence in the kitchen. We worked on getting the right macronutrients for daily workouts. By our final session, I had reached my goal weight, 185 lbs, which I had not weighed in 25 years! This was a great feeling overall, and I believe I now have the skills to maintain this weight as well as the right focus on maintaining healthy living.
