Dana was excellent in detailing a proper health plan for me. She listened and gave wonderful advise as I deal with health issues. I would highly recommend her!
Dana has been indispensable in helping me finally understand and implement the changes I needed to make to get my body back on track. There were multiple “ah ha” moments that were critical to the success I’ve had over the past 18 months that I would not have uncovered on my own. Dana helped me restructure not only calories but meals and exercise routines that greatly contributed to the changes I’ve seen. Since starting, I am down 32lbs, with more to go. Dana is absolutely amazing! She listens to you and prepares you for whatever it is you are trying to achieve. My goal was my first 70.3. I’ve never run a half marathon but I was comfortable with the swim and cycle distances. My biggest concern was how to fuel for a person with high blood pressure.
