I was able to get sound nutrition knowledge from Dana and learn a lot about how food companies use marketing to deceptively promote foods as "healthy" and "high protein". I was able to quickly meet my weight loss and muscle maintenance goals.

Dana Johnson is a great coach and really takes the time to listen. She has given me great ideas and helped me solve eating problems. I recommend her to anyone who is looking for an honest approach to eating healthier and/or losing weight.

I had such a wonderful experience with Dana at Nutrition Healthworks! She is so knowledgeable about food and nutrition but also very encouraging & positive! At times I would be disappointed in myself about certain things and she always pointed out the wins that I had to make me realize change was starting to happen. She really helped me to let go of the “everything or nothing” mentality which has continued to stick with me. Consistency is key not perfection and Dana helped me with that so much!
