During the year of 2017, I encountered lots of changes in my life. I have had medical issues for years and no doctor could remedy the situation except with medication. One month under Travis' guidance and not only have I lost weight and inches but my medical issues have done a 180 degree turn. This was the last thing I was expecting but I love it.
