Kristen is nothing short of amazing. I came to her in a pretty dire state and she got my gut healthy quickly, and then really leaned in and did the long haul work on getting *all of me* healthy. I am so incredibly grateful for her centering guidance, patience, positivity, and deep deep knowledge shared with me on this journey. tl;dr = five stars isn't even almost enough, highly recommend.
