RecommendedI just started the program. my main goal is weight loss, and all around living more healthy. I've had 2 different flavors of shakes, ( I absolutley reccomend Cookies N Cream. yummo). I find the Tea keeps me energized for quite some time. I'm so glad that i seen Chars post.
