Highly recommended this place if you want to loose weight. Reginald is great guy who can help with information as well as meal plan and then walk with you through your journey of loosing body fat. I am doing a meal plan and now my daughter is doing it with me. And we ARE loosing weight not muscle but fat !!!!! I lost 15 pounds of pure body fat!!! I keept my muscle and lost body fat.
