Heather has helped me to think a lot more about what I put into my body. My changes have been gradual, and healthy. When something isn't working, she is quick to pivot and strategize so that I can be my best self. Can you have your cake and eat it, too? That's a great question. What I do know is that Heather Fink's practice "takes the cake". Money well spent!

Heather has been incredible! I originally met with her to create a nutrition plan for endurance racing. The plan we developed was through, intentional, well thought-out and specific to my needs.
