I had excellent success working with John. I lost nearly 8% of body weight in 4 months, reduced my cholesterol and have a sustainable plan for the future. The macro plan was not difficult to follow as it guided me to better choices and added foods that I avoided in the past like nuts and cheeses. I highly recommend him.
