They do the basics well just like every other company. However, their diagnostics of lawn issues leaves a lot to be desired, i.e., technician's inspection (done without my presence) identified no issues while the person applying fertilizer suggested that I had a chinch bugs infestation. No explanation given for contrasting reports as they do not return calls. Technician report was hand written which in itself is not an issue, however deciphering his handwriting was a nightmare.
