I’ve been using this company since 2021 and my lawn is consistently the worst on the block; even though multiple neighbors use the same service. Every year I call to complain about patchy growth, dry compacted soil, and uneven terrain. Every year, they upsell me a new $100+ “solution” that never fixes the problem. Last year, I had a poison ivy issue. Not only did they fail to remove it, but their so-called treatment killed a huge patch of healthy grass instead.
