Marilu and her team are such a pleasure to work with. They are very supportive and non judgmental on the approach to weight loss. I lost the pandemic weight several years ago and I still visit the practice for maintenance. I am not going to lie, it takes commitment but with Nutrismart I have been able to keep the weight off for almost four years now. The program claims that this would be my last diet and it has been so true! I recommend Nutrismart if you are lost or frustrated with weight loss/maintenance.
