He helped me set specific, realistic goals and implement a game plan to reach them. My nutrition mindset has completely changed for the better. He’s very helpful to reach the goal. He helps to find the right proteins, carbs, and the quantity that is best for the diet. Give suggestions what to change or adds and motivate also to do e exercise. I’m diabetes and thank to him I lost weight and learn how to manage my diet for the diabetes.
