They claim that your metabolic 'set point' will be reset to keep weight off. After spending $2,500.00 on this, I lost 32 pounds. That is $78.00 per pound. That's alot of money per pound of weight loss. Oh, and as for keeping it off? Your metabolic set point DOES NOT reset. If you don't stay eating a pound of restrictive veggies and 2 1/2 ounces of meat, the weight all comes back. This is not a review of the Nutrimost program; just the Minneapolis Nutrimost office. Went back for a second time to lose additional weight because a year ago, the program was incredibly successful for me. The staff was wonderful and supportive and the gentleman who assisted me was very informative and set me up well to be successful. When I went back to do a second round it was very different. The BEST desicion that I ever made!!! I lost 49 pounds with the help of NuturiMost and the wonderful guidance of the materials provided. It was so easy to do too!! The pounds just fell off and I didn't need to have any special foods!!! I highly recommend this program.
