I really liked Nutrimost in Bellmore. Everyone was so nice. Ann was there to help me, was always available and if I had any questions or concerns. I lost 17 lbs, got to my goal weight and have been eating healthy ever since! I think this diet is better Than a lot of other diets that allow you to eat carbs and sugar and you don't learn to eat healthy.
