We have gone through the program 2 times and would recommend the program to be the best we have ever done. Feel great and it Works, I can't say it is always easy, but it is well worth the time to go through the program, even though we are extremely busy and on the road a lot the restaurants work with you, and we succeeded even though, give it a chance and do what they say, you will not regret the work it takes. The best money I ever spent! Having reached an all time high at 58 years old, with no end in sight, I received the most valuable postcard in the mail advertising the Nutrimost diet. Nutrimost has been a game changer in my life! After 40 I began putting on weight. Reducing calories and exercising didn't seem to make a difference. I started NutriMost because my husband heard about the diet claiming great results from the radio announcer. Made the appointment went into the office, given sales pitch and signed up! However, everyone told me I would not be hungry, was concerned as I take large amount of steroids everyday. Made a telephone call to explain how hungry I was as you only get 550 calories a day, that it was my fault, I was using make up, oil or eating away from the booklet.
