Highly recommend Taylor. She is more than just a registered dietician, she is a friend and an ally that helps you stay focused on your health. She asked me what would work for me and supplied me with material and conversations that helped me on my quest to get back to a healthier way of living. I also have to highly commend her for staying with me despite my lack of response when life got busy. She is a great communicator. Would go to Taylor again.

She also worked with my teenage son, exhibiting knowledge to keep him on track and to make good eating decisions.
