Really great staff and they care about you. They will set up workouts that fit your needs. Extremely knowledgeable about weight lifting , stretching and fitness.
I can’t recommend Nutrifit Wellness and Coaching enough! As part of a holiday trip to visit family in NC, I had the opportunity to join a class with Jamie at Nutrifit Welless and Coaching last week. My normal workouts are traditionally either cardio or traditional weight training. Great small town gym with great coaches. Has all the equipment you'll need with 24 hours access and great trainers if you want guidance from them. Highly recommend signing up for here.
Johnathan is an amazing gym owner! Everytime I go there I feel fire. 🔥Everyone in wake forest should go to Nutrifit Nc and follow them on Instagram. Johnathan and Jamie are so nice and kind and amazing coaches. Thanks a bunch!
My overall experience at John's gym really delights me whenever I work out. There is a plethora of machines and free weights to work out on. I feel fire every time. My only complaint about this amazing establishment is the bathroom lock. I've gotten walked in on plenty of times in the bathroom. This gym is a overall great place to work out.
