Capital gains
Waited outside in the freezing cold with 100s of people to get in, because they were moving so incredibly slow getting everyone in. We were not dressed to stand outside for an indoor event. Beyond that, facility was lovely and easy to get around
Great sound system
Concessions refused to provide a cup with a lid for water... thats just malicious and unnecessary.
