If it were possible to give zero stars, I would have. I cannot recommend Harcourts Dapto based on my experience as a tenant. Throughout my tenancy, I experienced repeated delays in addressing maintenance issues and found communication to be frustrating and, at times, intimidating. Kalgoorlie Harcourts has gone above and beyond helping me get out of another agency due to lack of care. Whether it's after hour phone calls, emails, advice, a general chat or updates with anything and everything to do with my property or paperwork they are straight onto it. Real professional and welcoming open-armed family feeling vibe. Highly recommend
Do not recommend unless you want to be treated like you are nothing and be blackmailed and have a retaliatory notice to vacate taped to your front door.
I have a new property manager Mina Nair, I am super happy with Mina, her communication, empathy, professionalism and fast approach to my concerns is highly appreciated. Unfortunately it is not something I witnessed with the previous property managers therefore I can't thank Mina enough. Thank you Mina, I am very grateful.
Harcourts Manningham offers a very satisfactory Service on rental properties and I am especially thankful to BIANCA NICOLACOPOULOS, THE PROPERTY MANAGER for the way my property in Doncaster is handled. She is efficient, her estimations are correct, a pleasant person to deal with, everything is running smooth. I am thankful to her for the peace of mind I have regarding my property.
