We were with this agency for 8 years and we always informed any action taken on our behalf and given choices to choose repair works you feel your property in safe hands .Very professional staff . Kylie Miller and Robert Cavallaro are a great team to work with . They sold two of our properties at Griffith. we are vey happy lof the outcome and we thank them for their support during our contract with Nutrien Harcouts. If i could rate 0 stars i would. My experience with Elysia Hodgkins at nutrien harcourts have been anything but easy. I have sent numerous emails regarding unsettled payment for work completed in regards with a property she manages. 4+ months of empty promises and nothing actioned.
The work is always polite
We left a house as clean as new, but Nutrien Harcourts' goal is to recover the jump for the owner! We are charged for cleaning the fan blades dust and a complete painting of the house to recover the deposit .. they are thieves !
