The phycoligist was amazing, sadly the company policy of charging the full amount for missing an appointment is a real shame. I have enough stress in my life but the fear of having to pay for services I did not use makes using this service more stressfull than it is worth. Not only was I charged $250 for services not rendered, they then failed to process the medical rebate. If you dont mind getting scalped Great Service.
To whom it may concern, Indiana has been very successful at helping me figure out what the solutions to my problems are and helping me figure out how to fix them. I have been struggling a lot with my mental health in the past 12 months and as I have only just done two appointments with Indiana I have figured that I should continue to see her until I am ready to go on my own.
