Chris was informative on what he was applying and what to expect. Looked at lawn to see it any issues such as grubs. He was here and gone in about a half hour. Courteous young man. Hoping weed control manages my thistle problem.
Three months only one visit
Similar experience to many. They technician sprayed during the rain and theilre has been no positive impact in the weed situation. I cancelled service and have called 8 times about a refund and their "100% satisfaction guaranteed" notice on their website. Update: To be clear, I did reach out several times, and no, a full refund was not provided. The "manager" is always in a meeting and never calls back. They definitely seem like a scam. I will be contacting my credit card company.
Both my weed control services were done on rainy days which washed out the spray, can’t get a hold of them on the phone. Not loving the service so far. Feeling like it’s a bit of scam
