Jack is extremely knowledgeable and his staff are well trained and helpful After 20 years of struggling with my health, Jack set me on a nutrition plan that has exceed all my expectations. My doctor has looked at the plan with a critical eye, and after reviewing it he gave it a stamp of approval. Sent in hair sample 3 weeks ago. Customer service is very poor, not helpful at all. They have excuses as to why they can't email results...Need to print at other office ,busy, and not able to do it. Then I have t wait one more week to have consultation. Looking forward to getting results.
