We had zoya grass put in years ago, and was a nightmare trying to keep the grass green, weeds out, among other issues. We’ve had multiple companies service the lawn, but it never looked any better. I have been using them for well over five years and my yard is healthy Green. If they see a problem, they will spray a second time and if they see problem, weeds, they bring in special chemicals to deal with the different types of weeds. Friendly and take the time to educate you on your yard would highly recommend.
