I have been using Nutmeg Mechanical since 2010 and have been very happy with every experience. They have professionally accomplished all maintenance, upgrades and repairs on my Geothermal Unit System. Chris in sales, Kim in service and all the technicians are all outstanding. They did a great job installing a new heat pump hybrid hot water heater. The crew took their time to cover the floors so they didn't make a mess. They went over the unit with me after the install and explained how it operates and how to cycle through the different modes.
My furnace died, called nutmeg, and they were right on it! Got my new furnace installed at a reasonable rate by experts in the field. Couldn’t be more happy to be warm again! Thank you.
I have been calling Nutmeg since I bought my house in late 2013, as they also are (and were) the preferred company for my Mom's house in the Hartford area. I lost heat (again) on an inconvenient Friday night during a significant cold spell, and they sent a technician at midnight who confirmed it was probably time to finally replace the furnace.
