Jim of Nutmeg Mechanical came out for an emergency call during an extremely cold Sunday evening to repair our non-functional gas furnace. He was able to diagnose the issue and the replaced the faulty part very quickly so that the heat was restored. We highly recommend Jim and Nutmeg Mechanical Services for their quick response, expertise and professionalism.
The crew that installed our new furnace and AC were awesome! It was a very long day for them but they weren’t in a hurry to leave and they stayed until we were satisfied, awesome!

They did a great job installing a new heat pump hybrid hot water heater. The crew took their time to cover the floors so they didn't make a mess. They went over the unit with me after the install and explained how it operates and how to cycle through the different modes.
