I have used Nutmeg for HVAC and recently a water heater with a heat pump. Everything from sales to installation was was great. The installers were friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful.
A rare combination of the best price and the best service. After talking with multiple contractors, Nutmeg was one of the few who gave us the assurance that they had the experience to get the job done. From our initial discussions with Quentin to our walk through with Art and his team, we were consistently happy with the experience that Nutmeg provided. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for service or an install.
We selected Nutmeg Mechanical to replace failing equipment of an old AC system for the 2nd floor with an air handler in the attic and to air condition the 1st floor. Our sales agent, Leo, proposed a Mitsubishi heat pump system with an air handler in the attic and mini-splits on the 1st floor. He used a rigorous process to size the system. Nutmeg Mechanical was a great choice. They did a complete replacement of our 36 year old central gas fired heating and cooling system with a Bosch unit in one day. Quentin did an excellent job selecting the correct size for the new heat pump and gas furnace. He is very knowledgeable and sincere. I would also like to say it was a great price.
