Everyone at Nutmeg was incredibly helpful from start to finish. We replaced our AC and Shane took the time to explain the pros/cons of doing a heat pump at the same time, what the differences were in the available units, as well as to answer a long list of questions that we had. Nutmeg Mechanical stands being the products they sell, are knowledgeable and always professional. We recently added a humidifier to our heating system and the job was scheduled very quickly, installers were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and cleaned after the job was finished. Nutmeg was recommended to me by a neighbor when I moved into my condo recently and needed work done on my air conditioner, etc. The first repair person who came out was very thorough and told me about my unit and the issues regarding its age and what could come up in the future. She was informative but not pushy about telling me that I needed to replace it immediately.
