Nutmeg replaced my 48 yr old old furnace with a new one and did it in one day! It was a perfect job, scheduled and coordinated flawlessly, and at a reasonable price. The new furnace works perfectly. On the day of the replacement, the crew showed up at 8 am and they were cheerful, polite and competent. They worked hard till the job was done and cleaned up thoroughly. Then , one of the crew gave me an excellent lesson about all the parts of the new system and how to maintain them.
Leo was the salesperson and project manager and he was great from start to finish. We knew we wanted a heat pump system but were undecided as to whether to do ducted or a ductless mini split system. Jim of Nutmeg Mechanical came out for an emergency call during an extremely cold Sunday evening to repair our non-functional gas furnace. He was able to diagnose the issue and the replaced the faulty part very quickly so that the heat was restored. The crew that installed our new furnace and AC were awesome! It was a very long day for them but they weren’t in a hurry to leave and they stayed until we were satisfied, awesome!
I have been using Nutmeg Mechanical since 2010 and have been very happy with every experience. They have professionally accomplished all maintenance, upgrades and repairs on my Geothermal Unit System. Chris in sales, Kim in service and all the technicians are all outstanding.
