After finding out that new hires was getting paid as much, if not more then me after 25 years of loyal service. I decided to moved on and it was one of the best decisions ever! The sad part is... I was doing design including fixing critical machines there. And all I got in return was attaboy with no raises in the last 3 years. My advice to anyone: Don't ever be afraid of change...........
Good place to work....if you need a paycheck and that's about it
