One of the greatest business experiences of my life. These guys are not only top tier builders and fabricators that absolutely know their business, they are incredible to work with and just solidly great people. Every single person that I interacted with was knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. I trusted them with a massively complex and expensive build and a ridiculously tight deadline and they exceeded expectations in every way. Can't say enough good stuff about this team.
Drove up from Texas to see Tom and Ryan. Two days later have a great build. Team is very professional and the quality is awesome! Hard to find racks that fit 2500HD with Ramboxes but Nuthouse has it nailed. Highly recommend.
I would avoid this company at all costs. They advertise products as fitting specific vehicles when they clearly do not. I provided proof, and they even admitted they were wrong. Despite that, they still deducted freight from the refund and made me pay for return shipping. That alone is unacceptable. It gets worse. They couldn’t process a proper refund and didn’t even know how to use Zelle correctly. Instead, they chose to mail a check through USPS, which was lost in transit (confirmed by their own tracking). Selena and Andy were amazing. I had a check engine light come on my 2021 Wrangler 4XE. I had a pretty good idea why it was on and wanted to clear the code out to confirm. A local Jeep dealer said just to plug it in would cost me $180 and they couldn’t get me in for several days. Called Selena, she told me to bring it right in. Andy took it back and cleared the code and confirmed it was most likely due to my gas cap. He gave me a full print out and didn’t charge me a dime!!!! Thank you so much!!!
Had 35" put on my truck, with new TPI Sensors. TPI's never worked right. Stop in to see about getting new tires, booked 2 months out. Took to TD had 37"s put on, 3 of the 4 TPI's were rolling around inside the tire. Called, didn't seem like a big deal to them, last of my business.
