Dr. Nuthalapaty deliberately and fraudulently falsified my son's death certificate. He never even examined him, yet he recorded two unsubstantiated causes of death that no Sherm Oaks Hospital dr. ever diagnosed my son to have. I regret that I wasn't warned until after my son died, on his watch, of how highly the dr. valued his opinion over actual facts.
