Do not rent with them ! Worst owners I have ever met ! Before signing lease I let them know I was a cancer patient and some months I would be late. They still try to evict me, luckily the hospital was able to help, they did not care now I have a case on my record. The house is old and falling apart, the furnace would never work and when it work it was too loud, lots of little fruit flies everywhere all the time. Wow. what can I say what a great experience renting. I would recommend.
If I was to give no star I would. Would not recommend them at all worst ever. Apply for a town home and didn't get a response at all if approve or not. Might have to go to there address and teach them a lesson.
