NuTek was great - I had what turned out to be a simple shorting problem with hardwired smoke detectors. Rather than coming out and charging me for a service call that would have lasted 5 minutes, the electrician I talked to told me what the problem was based on my description and offered to give me the easy DIY fix over the phone, including the caution about finding and flipping the correct breaker before fixing the short. 2-minute phone call; problem fixed; no charge.
