Only reason for 4 starts and not 5 is so someone can read it. They deserve all 5 stars. Brought in my truck due to transmission questions. They performed a diagnostic on the house! When they got to the vehicle, they worked on it until they were able to solve and identify the issues.Their team communicated well. Note: I was able to make a faster appointment with them over the phone than via their website.
Very pleased with my experience at NuTech. Alex was very informative all the way through the process. When my truck needed a rebuild the quote was fair, honest and thorough. After the work was done Alex gave me great suggestions to make sure my transmission rebuild last, and their hard work does not go in vain. I will definitely use them again in the future!
I took my vehicle here for a transmission installation, expecting professional service. While the transmission was installed, the mechanic failed to reconnect several components that were unhooked in the process. This is basic attention to detail and completely unacceptable from any reputable auto repair shop. Not only did this create additional issues and money, but it also showed a complete lack of responsibility and workmanship. I Could not be happier with the work that NuTech done for me. From the very beginning Mr Alex was very knowledgeable and offered a few services that other transmission shops were going to charge for. Transmissions are not cheap. So going with a reputable and knowledgeable company makes the difference. Thank you Mr Alex and NuTech crew for doing such a wonderful job on our truck.
Brought my subaru impreza to nutech , after doing a good bit of research on new vs. Used transnsmissions I asked if I could purchase a used and have it delivered to them would the do the install and he said no problem .he gave me a quote on a rebuilt transmission that he could get, which is pretty costly but after doing a lot of checking I decided no to go with a used one and have them install the one he suggested.
