Good luck trying to get a hold of anybody local to you. It's very rarely possible. They will send you to tech-support and tech-support cannot always help you, but there is no one local to help.
This is NOT a reputable company! We have done subcontract work for them in Michigan. We have yet to be paid for the 6- Dollar General stores we did service work for. We have sent the required documentation several times asking for an update. There is no response until we manage to finally get past the call screener in the office. I feel like this company should be reported to the Florida Attorney General's office and the BBB. Subcontractors need to be aware of this company and their fraudulent busines practices!!! This company refuses to pay vendors, most of which have families & bills to pay. They deserve to get shut down completely!
