Buyer beware! JFB has 2 construction build outs going on for me in Charlotte, NC. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a contractor in 20 years of business. Zero leadership, zero accountability, and zero customer service. There are no managers to speak to, no urgency to complete projects and no control over wasting their clients money.
