THE RECPTIONIST WAS VERY RUDE WHEN I HAD ASKED TO SPEAK WITH BARBARA OR MARK. SHE JUST ASSUEMED WHY I WAS CALLING GOT CRAPPY AND HUNG UP ON ME. I HAVE GAVE HER ENOUGH OF A REASON AS TO WHY I WAS CALLING. MY QUESTIONS WAS FOR THE NAMES LISTED NOT FOR HER. SHE COULD OF PUT ME THROUGH TO VOICEMAIL OR SOMETHING, NOT JUST BE RUDE TO ME AND HANG UP ON ME. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL IN MY OPINION. SHE CAN DO BETTER I THINK.

Something is off with the lady answering the phone; she sounds bitter and angry and comes across as extremely rude . . . . for example, she almost hung up the phone immediately accusing me of wanting to sell her something when in fact I was calling about a new project we are working on that needs some civil engineering work . . . . . left a very bad impression on the company; will not call back again.

called because I was in need of engineer/drafter (very politely) and person who answered phone was extremely rude and hung up on me. literally have a high volume of projects that my company has coming in and this old crabby lady just threw money down the drain for her company for no reason at all. not the type of person I would want representing my company. maybe she needs to find another occupation. do not recommend to anyone!
