Note: I wrote this review about Dr. Jaiping Xiao, a psychologist at Gaston Memorial; how it ended up being Nut & POPcorn 78, I have no earthly idea. He seems to know a good bit about Autism, and prescribes pretty accurate medication! (Fewer side effects, it focuses on the problems without sacrificing personality or intelligence. Personality and intelligence are the most important qualities for people on the Autism Spectrum, and he fully understands this!)

Called for an appointment and the receptionist was very rude and needs to get a job where being nasty is required she'd be the best employee there definitely a younger black lady very nasty and needs an etiquette class a few etiquette classes skip this place there not accepting new patients even though it says they are that tells me immediately that bo ones updated his website and guarantee the receptionist sits all day and eats she sounds large

Contacted them to see if they potentially have someone available to help assist with a gas fireplace and the gentleman I spoke with immediately responded stating they did not have anyone available and hung up. There was no offering of other options for availability of next day or end of week. Poor service and unprofessional.

I called this company at 7:30am on Sat Aug 21, 2021. After giving my information, I was told the plumber would call. I have wasted the whole day waiting for a plumber. I called at three hour intervals only to be told at 3:25 PM no plumber is available today!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

Highly recommend this company. I will have them on my speed dial for any plumbing issues with 24 Hour Plumbing Texas I promise you won't be disappointed and there will NEVER! Be an upscale like most technicians these days
