I was dreading my 'diet' but I knew it time. What I was doing didn't work. I chose Nustart because of the coaching component, doctor supervised consults, and convenience to my home. Today, I love what I eat and I'm walking in 5Ks, making delish homemade meals, and living 'large' ...in a smaller size!
