We have Nustar service both water heater, furnace & Heat Pump for over 10 years now, from when it was North Star! Recently they came to do our annual service & discovered our Heat Pump was not operating. I asked them to give us a price to replace it, they came back informing us that the compressor caused the trouble & they went to bat for us, it was replaced under warranty!!!
