Have been without hot water for 3 weeks. Company will not answer phone nor return calls.
Horrible service ! Please do yourself a favour and stay clear of this company - PLEASE I BEG YOU TO STEER CLEAR !!! TOTAL RIP OFF
Look at their mediocre rating on Google. Go online to the BBB (Better Business Bureau site) and read about Nussbaumer Plumbing. I had a few bad experiences with them for the same problem. To make a long story short, five different plumbers came to my house (from Nussbaumer) at different times, different days. Each one of them said something different about the problem with my hot water tank.
Beware this company. Like many others, I had them assigned to me from HSA. They came in for a leaky pipe. They left mid-job after about an hour and half, saying they only had an hour for an initial diagnosis. They said they'd reschedule before the weekend. Instead, they wrote up a ridiculous diagnosis and quote for $1600. Like others have experienced, they don't answer the phone and when they do, they put you on hold for a very long time. I would not trust this company for anything.
If your HSA assigns them call and get someone else. I had them come out because the gas company told us we had a leak and it needed fixed. They sent Nussbaumer out to fix it, Nussbaumer showed up and informed us we had a gas leak and the gas company shut it off and they have to come back so I need to schedule a new appointment and it won’t be covered because they don’t have time to fix it today… that’s literally why you’re here was to fix it, no thanks.
