As an owner op of a 2023 Volvo 760 I HATE downtime and I call Joe ahead of time describe the issue and he makes time for my truck every single time. And most places won't schedule simple maintenance in Burnsville JOE ALWAYS DOES! I can't thank you enough Joe!!! This place is great!!!
Brought truck in for knocking noise when taking off told them it was look at in Dallas at dealership was told it was cam they said here it was injector and that there was a recall I just had injector replaced not even 50 k miles then it was late so got a room call them next morning said just put truck back together I’ll pay what I owe but they already done took truck apart to do injector and recall because it was warranty without me oking the work then after they got done the truck still knocking even worst I wouldn’t let th... read more
Ray and ike and everyone else is really nice there. Good smile very friendly but these two people I come here for years get all my parts. Everything I need for my truck because they make me feel like coming back how they treat me as a customer service it’s beyond customer service thank you.
Very friendly. They know their trucks. Could update you more on the progress. But would recommend this maintenance place to everyone.
