I had a frustrating and ultimately negative experience with this chiropractic office, primarily due to what felt like deceptive advertising and unfair billing practices. Upon arriving, I saw a prominent sign outside advertising a $19 first adjustment. However, after my initial treatment, the chiropractor informed me the fee was $40. When I pointed to the sign, he strangely claimed it was an 'old special' that was no longer valid, only to then offer the $19 price if I committed to a monthly membership. I purchased a Groupon voucher that does not expire until May 2025 and was told by the receptionost that the chiropractor isn't accepting any Groupon vouchers. Bottom line is, my voucher should've been honored because it was purchased before the merchant discontinued Groupon participation.
Unprofessional and Extremely Dissatisfied with Nuspine’s management & organization on their fees and payment policies. I have no grudge against the Doctors but their management practices are not good as they kept charging me every month continuously for 5 months until I saw my statements carefully. I had completed my treatment in August 2024 and had informed the nurse that I won’t be coming any longer.
