Nusha Med Spa is a beautiful facility. I received a thorough evaluation of my facial concerns and never felt rushed. A conservative treatment plan with botox was determined and I am extremely happy with the results! I highly recommend this office for your med spa needs.

I made an appointment here for IV fluid hydration. She could not get an IV in me after several attempts and did not seem to know how to place an IV. I get IVs frequently for health issues and do not have problems like this. I was then charged for services I did not receive. You probably shouldn’t offer IV services if you do not know how to put an IV in.
